We buy the heaviest fabrics our knit mills can spin — 480gsm loopback cotton, compact-spun jersey, brushed sherpa — and cut them boxy, so the clothes hold their shape and sit easy on the body. No seasonal churn, no discount cycles: we make core pieces and improve them quietly, drop by drop.
Small runs mean less waste, tighter quality control and the freedom to retire a fabric the moment we find a better one. If a piece sells out, it comes back improved — not discounted.
