Shipping Policy

1. Destinations & rates

• Worldwide shipping to most countries.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $150; otherwise a $12 flat rate.
• Express shipping (3–6 business days) available at checkout for $25.

2. Processing & delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Standard delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination.
• A tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch.

3. Duties & taxes

Prices include applicable taxes. Any import duties for destinations outside our tax registration are the responsibility of the recipient; we mark parcels accurately and never under-declare.

4. Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is more than 5 business days late against the estimate, contact [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund if it is confirmed lost.
